Firstly the salesman that came out and did the quote did a job on us telling us how he couldn’t just take the branches we wanted removed because it would unbalance the tree and he needed to reduce the canopy all around. Would need a cherry picker. Unfortunately no communication with the people cutting the tree telling us they were not allowed to do that because it was half on council land . Never used the cherry picker but did bring it choosing rather to lower al of the branches on to our garden below and then take no care to remove them. Now we have an unbalanced tree and a trampled garden. Very disappointed.
10 stars in our eyes. These guys went far and beyond to accommodate our urgency to fell some trees. From the moment I called this lovely lady Sue got straight onto making this happen for us. Matt arrived within the hour with chainsaw in hand. The job was done in no time. Professional, safe and fast operator Matt is. We were so impressed we have quotes to fell some more trees for later. Matt came to inspect and provide a quote and what day they would do the service.They arrived on time, cut the tree down, chipped the great pile in the foreground and were gone within two hrs.There wasn’t a lot of room to work but it all went smoothly.Site all but cleared leaving just some stumps from the chipped trees for the machine operator to take away.The big stump from the cut tree was ground down the following day.All good!
Great care taken with works carried out. Good to have works that protect trees and keep them healthy, while ensuring safety around the home.

Global were very professional at quote stage. Timely with communication, and the work commenced early by request as I was expecting another tradie, so very helpful. Half the crew were friendly and my tree lopper was excellent.I may have missed something in my original conversation but the verbal quote was Ex GST so I paid more than I expected.
Quite possibly the best experience I’ve had with ANY business during my short time on this earth. I’ve never been so happy to part with my money.I can’t praise Global Tree works enough, the whole process from start to finish was professional, friendly and hassle free. From the initial call to Peta, the Quotation and finally the works on sight, everyone was incredible to deal with.The team achieved in about the first 7 minutes of work what would have taken me an entire day and three trailer loads to the tip. They checked in with us several time during the job to make sure we were happy with the amount they were trimming, and the cleanup job at the end was immaculate. They completely transformed our yard in half a day for a very reasonable price and I can’t recommend global tree works enough.Will definitely be calling them again when it’s time for the next cleanup.

Global Tree Works do not mess around! Two weeks from quote to conclusion - our property posed the challenge of severely tangled undergrowth, invasive tree species and exposed in-ground pipes. Matt and his team had it completely cleared, stumps ground and all debris removed in half a day. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting the job done right and for a very fair price.
